Symao Systems
MSP automation-as-a-service

MSP Automation-as-a-Service for Managed Service Providers

Symao Systems is a managed automation service for MSPs that need recurring workflow capacity without hiring a full-time automation engineer. We help choose, build, document, monitor, repair, and improve automations around real MSP operations.

Built for workflows that break if nobody owns them

Automation is not finished when a workflow runs once. PSA fields change, RMM alerts shift, Microsoft permissions expire, vendors change exports, and intake forms need new rules. Symao is structured around ongoing care because MSP automations live inside changing operations.

369+hours eliminated in a real MSP environment
4,830automated actions measured after launch
65tracked production automations

What the service includes

Symao is not a product subscription. It is service capacity applied to your automation backlog.

Backlog and roadmap

Requests are shaped into a prioritized roadmap based on time saved, operational drag, risk, urgency, and readiness. Unlimited eligible requests can be submitted, but work moves through active build lanes.

Build and integration work

We build workflows across PSA, RMM, Microsoft 365, documentation, reporting, intake, billing, vendor data, APIs, webhooks, n8n, and FormNode where those tools fit.

Maintenance and repair

Supported workflows get failure review, small fixes, documentation updates, and iteration when business rules or third-party systems change.

Common MSP automation use cases

Start with operational pain your team already feels every week.

ConnectWise, Autotask, and HaloPSA workflows

Ticket enrichment, status changes, notes, routing, SLA cleanup, onboarding tasks, and handoffs from forms or monitoring alerts.

Hudu, IT Glue, and documentation sync

Tenant IDs, asset status, domain health, warranty fields, vendor details, customer-facing notes, and documentation review workflows.

CIPP and Microsoft 365 hygiene

License review, mailbox actions, onboarding and offboarding checks, security hygiene, tenant reporting, and exception routing.

FAQ

Does Symao sell automation software?

No. Symao is a service. We may use n8n, FormNode, APIs, webhooks, and client systems as components, but the commercial offer is managed automation capacity and ongoing workflow care.

What does unlimited automation requests mean?

It means eligible workflow ideas can be submitted to the backlog without per-request metering. It does not mean unlimited parallel engineering or instant turnaround.

What is not included?

The standard service does not include 24/7 support, end-user helpdesk, incident response, vendor ownership, compliance certification, large migrations, or custom software product development.

Start with the work your team wants off its plate.

Send your PSA, RMM, documentation stack, and the first recurring workflow you want handled without another handoff.
